How long are dance lessons?
Private dance lessons are 45 minutes and group lessons are 30 minutes long.
Do I need a partner to take lessons?
No. Absolutely not! We have several singles that take lessons. We have both male and female instructors. Your instructor will act as you partner.
How long does it take to learn to dance?
Lesson frequency, natural ability, and practice time must be discussed with the instructor in order to answer this question. Other variables to consider are how many dances you intend to learn. We have students that have taken lessons with our instructors for more than 20 years and students that started this week.
I have been told that I have two left feet. Could you teach me how to dance?
Absolutely! We have never had a student that was unable to learn. Our instructors have special techniques to help you overcome any problems that you may face.
What type of clothing should I wear?
Wear comfortable attire. A soft soled shoe is best. We do carry a line of dance shoes that are available for purchase at the studio.
